For me this was a real challenge. In all the coloring that I have done this one took a mighty long time. I have been quite a fan of Michelle's style, and after reading her FAQ, i thought I could be up to the task of coloring one of her designs. As luck would have it this piece came up and immediately arrested my attention. Going to the creator's gallery, I found a wonderfully detailed style sheet to go by and it was a constant reference for me as i colored. I wanted to really force myself to the best of my ability to stay with the spirit and flavor of the style sheet, and really accentuate the rhythm and action of the linework. To me the added challenge is that there are two artists here that i really want to do good by....the creator and the artist. Its my deepest hope that should they come and view it, that I did their work and ideas justice. Its an interesting and well thought out character and I'm happy with the end result.
